Terms and conditions:

1: All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT and no taxes will be added to your order.

2: Postage quoted is for all orders going to the UK,(also the Isle of Man, & the Channel Islands). Other destinations will be charged at cost. Please contact us beforehand for a postage quote if ordering from outside of the UK.

3: We may send your order by a method of postage that will require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you supply an address where someone will be able to sign for the goods.

4: All goods are checked before despatch. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods please notify us within 3 days of receipt to arrange return.

5: If you are unsatisfied with your goods you may return them to us, stating why you are unhappy, within 7 days for a refund or an exchange. Please ensure the goods are in stock condition and in their original packaging (where appropriate), and obtain a proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns.

6: We try to keep all items in stock at all times, but we cannot guarantee that everything ordered will be available at the same time. In the unlikely event we send your order in two parts, we will not charge you more than once for postage.

7: You are responsible for postage costs incurred in returning any goods or cancelling any paid orders.

8: If you are under 18 you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

9: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
